Seca (Secondary Cancer) are therapeutic support groups of about 10-12 people with secondary breast cancer (breast cancer that has spread to another part of the body). They are facilitatd by experienced, qualified professionals with extensive counselling skills. The groups meet on a regular basis for around two hours each time. Seca groups run at various locations across the UK.
