DETAILS OF SUPPORT PROVIDEDYou Tree is an informal, friendly and lively group which encourages people to actively participate. We are here for you, your carers, family and friends. We want to improve the lives of everyone affected by cancer. Support is offered to help improve the quality of life and increase confidence and independence. We offer a range of regular activities with a varied programme. We meet weekly on Thursdays from 10am to 12 noon at the Lauriston Hotel in Weston-super-Mare. We encourage members from all the surrounding areas in North Somerset. We have experienced Macmillan trained listeners on hand. Our activities include: relaxation sessions; Qi gong crafts; organised demonstrations; book club; games sessions; speakers and outings.
