Positive About Life

The group runs a 6 week course for 2 hours.  The course is about support and information, including:stress and anxiety, coping strategies, how to encourage sleep and relaxation, communication with health professionals, communication with friends and families, complementary therapies, coping with fatigue, healthy eating, general exercise, returning to work, living life to the full, planning holidays and holiday insurance. Patients should contact the group to put their name on the list.
