Judy is a registered naturopath and medical herbalist with many years experience working in complementary medicine.  She specialises in natural hormone balancing for women and has been continuously researching the subject since 1996.  Due the vast amount of knowledge acquired over the years, Judy is often asked to lecture to groups of women and write articles for newspapers and magazines.  Judy is also founder of a support group which provides information to those interested in natural treatments for hormonal imbalances.  She has a web site at: http://www.progesterone-link.co.uk/
 
Judy was delighted to accept the honour of becoming a patron of CANCERactive charity as she fully supports the premise of an integrated health system which provides people with comprehensive knowledge of both complementary and orthodox treatments for cancer.   This allows people to make informed choices which can give back some control in their lives at a time when they are at their most vulnerable.  This is done via the Icon magazine which contains a wealth of health topics plus extremely valuable and well researched information regarding all areas of cancer. 
 
Judy supports the CANCERactive charity because it raises funds to enable people to gain the knowledge of all available treatments and support for cancer both orthodox and complementary. Also, the valuable knowledge of how to prevent cancer developing in the first place whilst living in a world which has become so endangered by so many cancer causing chemicals, including synthetic hormones, which is the high price we pay for our modern way of living.
