This Prostate Cancer Support Group has contact with both Stoke Mandeville and Wycombe Hospital who refer patients to the group. The Group offers support to men (as well as their families) who have been recently diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. The advice provided is given from the point of view of individuals who have already themselves experienced this form of cancer. The Group has a large membership who have undergone a great variety of treatments and are, therefore, able to put newly diagnosed men in touch with others who can provide information on a particular type of treatment the patient may be considering.
